We were happy to have been chosen. Either way feels like a kind of waiting to me. I'm pretty anti-pushing kids though...been reading too much unschooling philosophy. Heh.

Who knew about the bike seat business! That's bizarre! But, I would probably back off. No use in making her and you frustrated.

Did you want advice on that?!

Also, way to go working out!Kikihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10280585722372047833noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3910728423466350055.post-40713366221340902882010-08-17T13:06:08.191-06:002010-08-17T13:06:08.191-06:00My 2 cents on reading is to wait. I feel that there is a cognitive leap that occurs somewhere but I don't know when and it is probably different for everyone. Every time that Katherine and I have sat down to work on reading she has not liked it. I would rather her enjoy it. There is a book out there called "How to read in 100 lessons" or somthing like that which works on the smooshing together of sounds. We checked it out from the library and did not get very far as Katherine was bored with it.Christy@pipandsqueakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02595701576589813930noreply@blogger.com
